Tony Allen

Tony was admitted as a legal practitioner in 1995 and called to the New South Wales Bar in 1996.

Since coming to the Bar, Tony has appeared primarily in Family Law matters and Child Care and Protection matters. Tony has been practicing exclusively in these areas since 2000, bringing a wealth of experience to his matters.

Tony appears for all parties in proceedings, including the Independent Children’s Lawyer. Tony also accepts briefs to appear for parties who are in receipt of grants of legal aid.

Tony regularly appears in the Federal Circuit and Family Court of Australia in Newcastle and circuit location throughout New South Wales.
